ORDERING IS SIMPLE

We hope to make your online shopping experience enjoyable whether it is just browsing or finding that special purchase. We are always availble for additional information on an item. Email us at sallbill@suddenlink.net

To order an item just use the BLUE "Add To Cart" button to the left of the item picture. You can also email us a list of the items (by item or vendor #).

Either way you use, we will get back with you with availability and postage information. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please email us again or call us at 304-343-0036 (EST 10am - 7pm).  Sometimes weather and computer down time will cause a delay.

For Shipping costs, see the link on each item description page. We do not charge a handling fee.

In order to keep shipping costs down, we do recycle our boses and use post office aproved specialty boxes. However, if you would like a new gift box or gift wrap, just ask and we'll accomodate at no charge !

We hope your order arrives safely and is satisfactory.....
HOWEVER,

Returns **are accepted** and all claims handled promptly as long as you contact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item/s for instructions.

Refunds are made by check or PayPal unless other arrangements are made.

Claims are handled by your delivery post office and we will furnish you with the necessary information and forms for submitting the claim. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO US. THIS WILL VOID THE CLAIM PROCESS.

MORE IMPORTANT...

*Do not wash or otherwise clean any item if you are returning it to us for any reason. Our security mark must be present on any returns.
*Do not return any item without a return code #
*Lot and multiple/bulk purchases are NOT returnable.
*All returns must be returned as sent - same method, same insurance and same type packaging.
*Original postage (not return) is included in any refund.

When Will I Get My Order ? ? ?

We try to ship all orders by date and type of payment received.

Mastercard/Visa Payments (Paypal) - within 36 hours

Money Orders - Bidpay - Within 36 hours

All Checks - Within 10-12 business days of deposit

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Postage is based on 5.00 US priority mail plus $1.70 insurance
 OR 4.00 US 1st class padded envelope including insurance (multiple items)
Heavier items or Foreign orders will require seperate postage quote which we will provide upon receipt of the shipping address.
Let us know if you have any special mailing concerns or instructions and we will try to accomodate them.
 Gift boxes are available and are no charge  Request at the time of ordering.
